Regeneron is seeking a Director of Technical Training to lead the technical GxP training program for IOPS. Step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how Regeneron’s IOPS teams learn, grow, and deliver with excellence. As Director of Site Training & Onboarding, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our technical GxP training program, set the standard for GMP readiness, and craft an onboarding experience that accelerates new employees’ success.
As a Director of Technical Training, a typical day might include the following:
- Develop, manage, and deliver technical training programs and procedures that advance GxP excellence.
- Oversee and maintain an engaging, high-impact onboarding experience for new employees.
- Organize role-based GxP learning plans and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Advise leaders and teams to identify learning needs and design tailored development programs.
- Provide strategic guidance for the Learning Management System (LMS) and drive enhancements.
- Define and facilitate contracts with training vendors to expand and modernize learning offerings.
- Analyze the cGMP regulatory landscape and adapt systems and processes to stay ahead.
This job might be for you if you:
- Have experience with hands-on experience delivering training for pharmaceutical operations.
- Can maintain strong relationships with key operational business leaders to ensure acceptance and applicability of training processes.
- Are able to build organizational capability through succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Serve as a role model, fostering a culture aligned with Regeneron’s mission, vision, and values.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics aligned with IOPS goals.
- Can lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to establish training goals and develop operational excellence strategies for IOPS.
To be considered for the Director of Technical Training you must be willing and able to work full time on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BA/BS in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
