Project Description:
This summer internship will be within the Compensation team at Regeneron and located in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
The intern will update and maintain new compensation tools and platforms, and have the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic program design. This role will report to our executive compensation leader, but will have broader responsibilities for the broad-based compensation team as a whole.
We are looking for a student pursing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related major. Excel proficiency and Workday knowledge is a plus.
In this role, a typical summer might include the following:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in an academic program pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related major. Skilled in Excel or Workday a plus. A passion for education and interest in science is desired. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. We want someone who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/ early June through August. Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community is also preferred.
Please note our intern pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program.
- The hourly rate range for Tarrytown, NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, Armonk, NY, Warren, NJ & Rensselaer, NY & Remote is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.
