We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience designing SaaS products. You’ll lead end to end design work across Redis Cloud and create simple, clear experiences for complex, large scale systems. This role requires strong ownership, product thinking, and hands on experience with Design Systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design for core product areas, from problem definition to final UI.

  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs using Figma.

  • Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex and data heavy environments.

  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineering, and data to shape product decisions.

  • Drive quality and consistency across Redis Cloud through strong Design System thinking.

  • Contribute directly to the Redis Design System: components, patterns, guidelines, and cross-product alignment.

  • Present your work clearly, explain your decisions, and build alignment across teams.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in SaaS environments.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing end to end product design, complex flows, and clear UX rationale.

  • Proven experience working with Design Systems: creating components, defining patterns, maintaining consistency, and collaborating with engineers on implementation.

  • Ability to simplify complexity and design for technical or professional users.

  • Strong interaction design, prototyping, and system thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
