Summary:

 Red Hat コンサルティングチームは、東京オフィスに勤務するAgile Development Coachを募集しています。このロールでは顧客のDevOpsに関する課題を識別し、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング技術と生成AIを駆使して開発プロセスの改善、チームのスキル育成、スクラム開発とDevOpsの定着、技術アドバイザリといったコンサルティングサービスを提供し、それらを通じた顧客企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援します。また、国内外のプリセールスチームやコンサルティングチームと緊密に連携し、 Red Hat およびパートナーが提供するソリューションとサービスを組み合わせ、優れたコンサルティングサービスを実現します。

Responsibility

• 顧客のDevOpsに関する課題を識別し、解消し続けることで顧客からの感謝と信頼を勝ち取る。

• 開発チームをガイドし、開発プロジェクトを成功に導く。それと同時に、顧客のプロジェクト成功が１度きりではなく恒常的に成功し続けられるように、組織的な能力を獲得することを支援する。

• 顧客のビジネス要求を理解し、Red HatおよびパートナーのクラウドおよびDevOpsソリューションを組み合わせながら、ビジネス要求に適合するソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計と実装を支援する。

• Red Hat 社内の各チーム（Product Engineering、Business Development、Consulting、Support、Sales）と緊密に連携し、優れた顧客体験を提供する。

• 顧客に信頼される上級アドバイザーとして、テクノロジーロードマップの策定を支援する上で重要な役割を果たす。

• Red Hatのサービス・プロダクト・事例を国内外の既存・潜在顧客向けに発信し、既存案件の拡大や新規顧客の獲得に貢献する。

Required Skills:

• 顧客をリードするに足る優れたソフトウェアエンジニアリングの経験と知識（Webサービス、ミッションクリティカルなシステム、CI/CD等の要件定義・設計・実装・テスト・運用）

• 顧客をリードするに足る生成AIを用いた開発・運用の経験と知識

• リードエンジニアや技術コンサルタントとして自組織または顧客の技術的課題に挑戦し、解決に導いた経験と情熱

• 開発メンバーやチームへのティーチング・コーチング経験と、それを発展させた開発組織や開発プロセスの変革の経験

• コンサルタントとしての基礎スキル（ロジカルシンキング、問題解決、分析、資料作成、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、交渉等）

• 自組織または顧客の経営層や管理職と信頼関係を構築した実績

• アジャイル開発およびスクラム開発に関する基礎的な知識と実践経験

• 英語での基礎的な文書および口頭コミュニケーション能力

• オープンソーステクノロジーへの情熱

• Docker、Kubernetes、Red Hat Open Shift などをはじめとするコンテナーベースのテクノロジーの使用経験があれば尚可
