About the role:
Red Hat is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing program manager to drive global demand and enablement initiatives to and through Red Hat's global industry and vertical ecosystem. This role will focus on supporting emerging partnerships in the area of AI and Virtualization, along with key industry verticals including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Edge, Public Sector, and others.
Candidates should have a strong track record of successfully delivering effective marketing campaigns that tie to measurable business results with partners.
As a Global Ecosystem Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving partner awareness and demand campaigns and supporting various partner initiatives to activate and evangelize the Red Hat ecosystem. This includes collaborating on initiatives around AI and virtualization.
You will work closely with Red Hat Industry Sales Leaders, the Global Ecosystem Sales Team, Global and Regional Partner Account Managers, and Red Hat Marketing to design and build effective programs and campaigns that generate partner awareness, thought leadership and demand, aligning to Red Hat's Industry Go-to-Market (GTM) and ecosystem goals.
The ideal candidate will be agile and flexible in an evolving partner landscape, with a strong ability to collaborate closely with partner sales teams and connect dots across internal and external communication and promotion efforts.
Ideally, the role will be based in North America, but candidates in other locations will be considered if suitably qualified. Moderate travel of approximately 10-25% is a requirement.
What you will do:
-
Drive Partner Strategy and Alignment: Manage and optimize marketing relationships with emerging strategic partners and global account teams, and actively collaborate with regional and global teams to align on ecosystem strategy and joint Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.
-
Execute Global Demand Generation Campaigns: Maximize the industry awareness of the ecosystem in key areas such as AI and Virtualization and across industry verticals. Work closely with partners on demand generation campaigns, including planning and driving digital demand through webinars and online programs, and engaging regional vertical marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) teams.
-
Lead Program and Event Initiatives: Provide program management support on global partner initiatives such as roundtables and workshops, and support ecosystem showcases and features at key industry events such as Red Hat Summit and partner events.
What you will bring:
-
Vertical/Industry Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in vertical/industry marketing and working with partners.
-
Technical & Product Knowledge: Understanding of Red Hat platforms, open source, and their value proposition in various industries, with experience or strong interest in emerging technologies like AI and virtualization.
-
Core Competencies & Collaboration: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with sales, marketing, and product executives; highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed, persuasion-driven environment; ability to manage newer partner relationships and adapt to an evolving partner landscape; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities at once.
-
Education & Additional Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience working with ISVs, Global Systems Integrators, and OEMs will be highly considered.
The salary range for this position is $88,510.00 - $141,630.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
