The Red Hat Intern Program is a collaborative effort between the Emerging Talent Team and our intern managers. During your time with us, you can expect meaningful work, along with opportunities for professional development, social engagement, networking, and performance development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and influence change at all levels of the project

  • Define project scope, create timelines, and set milestones for initiatives.

  • Maintain project documentation, including requirement documents and performance metrics dashboards

  • Chance to work with rapidly changing environments and work with remote and distributed teams

  • Conduct first party research on AI startups

  • Collect and document input from the team, customers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and requirements.

  • Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions

  • Basic knowledge and willingness to learn Google Workspace, Slack, Miro

  • A genuine interest in AI startups and AI development

  • Desire to improve and streamline processes

  • Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
