What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements

• Understand industry practices and Red Hat's policies, procedures, and values

• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions

• Implement and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions including Red Hat Open Shift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and other Red Hat's offerings

• Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals

• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management

• Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the team

• Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market

• Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

What you will bring

• Advanced experience of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Advanced hands on experience and knowledge of Red Hat Open Shift Platform or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker

• Advanced hands on experience and knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security

• Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences

• Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice

• Good communication skills, verbal and written in English

• Availability to work onsite on customer sites up to 100% of time
