Job Responsibility:
The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Senior Consulting Architect to join us in Korea. In this role, you will focus on the core around the processes necessary to promote the adoption of Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform either through migration or modernization of customer environments in Telecom Service Provider . You’ll work closely with the Consulting, Sales, and Presales teams to achieve your goals. You will serve as a customer advocate to architect the right solutions and to ensure that those solutions are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way. You’ll be expected to learn our offerings quickly, especially Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform. As a Senior Architect, your tasks will include helping customers to containerize applications, agile integration, streamlining, automation, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), and continuous innovation.

Leads the development of innovative and compelling solutions that address critical customer challenges and have significant business impact.

Collaborates with regional Technology and Sales teams, providing expert solution support during presales activities and contributing to revenue growth.

Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key customers and partners at the executive level, fostering long-term collaboration and driving significant business growth.

Proactively identifies and addresses complex technical and business challenges, developing innovative solutions that have a transformative impact on Red Hat and its customers.
Required Skills:
-
10+ years of experience working in an application architect, solutions architect, enterprise architect, or architect consulting delivery role
-
Proven record of working in a strategic advisory capacity to senior IT operations and engineering professionals and business executives
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; extensive experience presenting even to C-level executives
-
Comfortable working with highly distributed teams, including interaction with the open source communities via email and other communication tools
-
Solutions sales experience in an environment with multiple products and services
-
Background in architecting and designing complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain
-
Background in lightweight application architecture including microservices and APIs
-
Good presentation and communication skills in English
-
Knowledge of and operational experience with new services methodologies related to next generation application migration and modernization, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or agile and DevOps
-
Competence to quickly embrace and understand new technologies; ability to comprehend new information and understand complex topics
-
Multiple years of experience focused on application development, maintenance, and support including supporting infrastructure
-
Extensive knowledge of Openshift and other kubernetes, API, web services, Spring Framework, and etc.

Proven ability to work with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
-
Ability to study and quickly learn and put into practice new topics
-
Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation
-
Experience across one or more vertical industry areas is a plus
