POSITION SUMMARY:
Calvin Klein is seeking a Senior Director of Production who will report to the Senior Vice President, Executive Producer. Senior Director will work in partnership with VP, Production on all strategic seasonal and annual plans, all shoot productions (video/ photo and digital/social) and all budget allocations supporting priorities outlined by leadership team. Senior Director, Production will creatively solve and support Calvin Klein brand execution of the content and deliverables while proactively manage the running of day-to-day operations of the Integrated Production team. This individual will have a broad responsibility to ensure operational excellence of the day-to-day operations for photo/video shoot production, art buying post-production functionalities. Responsibilities include increasing overall efficiency, visibility and communication across the department and cross-functionally, resource planning and budget management. This role will support the established strategies for 360 seasonal advertising, marketing campaigns, merchandising storytelling, social media, e-commerce, multi-brand corporate initiatives and strategic partnerships and ensure strategic planning, superb on-brand execution and timely and on budget delivery of creative assets. This individual will be responsible for working in partnership with VP, Production on managing and reporting the annual, monthly and quarterly production budgets /estimates /actuals to SVP, Executive Producer and division finance partners for all photo shoots, post productions and advertising fulfillment and other related production expenses.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Planning:

Provide leadership and ensure department plans are in alignment with creative and production goals and the business planning process.

Manage a highly effective team that demonstrates consistently exceptional performance and are seen as key resources to the brand.
-
Direct the planning and production and schedules for content creation used in all forms of visual communication mediums including, but not limited to print, video, online, website, PR and social media.
-
Responsible for planning from the start of a production function including creating a calendar outline, channel specific planning, prioritizing tasks from the start of production through the creative concept development stage to the final release.

Responsible for keeping teams aligned on strategy and priorities.
Execution:
-
Direct the teams to operate in a creative innovative executions and an efficient manner to uphold the integrity of the Calvin Klein branding standards.

Responsible for assuring all necessary usage rights are negotiated and secured for all asset creation and art buying initiatives via marketing, creative, digital, social and PR needs.

Oversee the creative development of all production and campaign program timelines and tracking development to ensure deadlines and final delivery dates are met.

Oversee asset content production related to Global, Regional, POS, Social Media, PR and Events initiatives.

Oversee video, print and live stream events coverage.

Ensure that a high quality of creative production is upheld consistently and dynamically applying brand standards to all print materials, and to all digital based projects, and communications tools throughout all channels.

Liaison for evaluating external vendor services and budgets including photographers, directors, editors, stylists, hair/makeup, printers, comp vendors, retouchers, pre-press and broadcast/print/digital ad fulfillment services.

Responsible for the operational and creative excellence of the department.
Budget:
-
Responsible for the planning, monitoring and monthly forecast reporting of the creative services production budget for all owned shoot, creative and post production executions.

Responsible for addressing any foreseeable budgetary conflicts that may arise in a timely manner.

Implement effective/proven enhancements/processes for production work flow and finance/budgeting procedures.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: Creative, Marketing and Project Management, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, Finance, Legal, PR, Visual Merchandising, and Regional offices.
External: 3rd party suppliers
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage/negotiate costs of projects as necessary. Ensure actual expense is within allocated budget and forecast any foreseeable budgetary conflicts. Communicate budget updates on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
DECISION MAKING:
Vendor selection, budgetary, team management, production and operations planning and schedules.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Ideal candidate processes detail-oriented/innovative traits. Must be able to find best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency and has the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- 8 years professional experience working as an agency or in-house producer with expert knowledge in production operations and proven management experience. Must have experience managing photo shoots for print, broadcast and digital as well as post-production. Experience managing large volumes of work, skillful negotiations and production timelines and cycle planning. Past responsibilities include overseeing large multi-disciplinary production budgets and schedules. Experience with budget estimates and closing monthly and quarterly forecasts and actuals. Proven management skills for building and maintaining highly effective teams and financial management required.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the arts or communications fields.

Must be a power user of Excel/google docs or smart sheets and have proficiency in PowerPoint and Word as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
Pay Range:$159,300---$215,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
