About the Role
The Senior Specialist Graphic Design & Communication, Creative Concepts & Visual Merchandising plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand's visual communication standards across retail environments. This role ensures all design deliverables — from VM toolkits and guidelines to seasonal launch materials — reflect a consistent, premium, and strategic brand identity. Acting as the creative and operational bridge between EMEA HQ, regional hubs, and points of sale, this individual develops visual and creative guidelines, manages communication tools, and supports launches across all retail channels. The Senior Specialist Graphic Design ensures the business operates proactively through clear design frameworks, best-practice sharing, and the timely sharing of all assets.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Creative Execution
- Lead the design and development of Visual Merchandising (VM) and Creative Concept (CC) toolkits and guidelines to support seasonal campaigns, new product introductions, and regional adaptations
- Design visual frameworks that translate brand storytelling into clear creative direction for local execution teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive VM/CC communication tools, graphic standards, and visual principles to ensure brand consistency across all retail environments
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to align design concepts with global brand identity and retail strategy
- Support ad hoc creative needs, including GWP packaging, holiday visuals and campaign adaptations, ensuring all deliverables adhere to established VM/CC guidelines
Guideline Creation & Process Optimisation
- Develop structured VM/CC design guidelines and communication frameworks to help stores operate efficiently and consistently
- Ensure all graphic deliverables are supported by clear visual standards and execution principles
- Drive the transition from reactive to proactive creative planning by establishing repeatable design processes and templates
- Collaborate with VM/CC and marketing leads to maintain a library of up-to-date brand assets and documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising team, Marketing, Product (merchandising and buying), Wholesale, and Retail Operations to align creative priorities, timelines, and key deliverables
- Act as a central point of contact for the regional hubs, ensuring timely sharing of relevant design materials and communication tools
- Design and manage the VM/CC Newsletter as a consistent platform to share updates, best practices, and visual inspiration with markets and stores
- Support market launch decks, DTC & WHS initiatives, and sell-in presentations with strong, visually compelling storytelling
VM Reporting & Creative Optimisation
- Coordinate with freelance photographers to capture seasonal VM/CC executions for internal recaps and best practice sharing
- Lead the creation of post-launch reports highlighting design performance, creative learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns
- Maintain strong awareness of market execution to ensure global design consistency and continuous improvement of visual tools
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, visual merchandising, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods
- Proven experience developing and managing brand and VM/CC guidelines across multiple regions or markets
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with presentation tools such as Power
Point or Keynote:
- Strong project management and organisational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both creative and commercial stakeholders
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand storytelling, with the ability to translate creative concepts into practical, scalable retail tools
