POSITION SUMMARY:

The People Analytics team at PVH empowers leaders with data-driven insights to shape our global people strategy. We blend analytics, storytelling, and technology to uncover opportunities that strengthen performance, engagement, and inclusion across our brands.

As a Junior Advanced People Analytics Lead, you will be part of PVH’s growing global analytics network and contribute to building next-generation, AI-enabled people insights. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in analytics and data science who is eager to deepen technical skills and apply them to real-world HR challenges.

You’ll work closely with senior data analysts and HR partners to design models, analyze data, and translate findings into insights that inform decisions across the employee lifecycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Support the development and deployment of machine learning and predictive models related to attrition, engagement, and workforce performance.

  • Conduct statistical analyses, data exploration, and feature engineering to uncover insights from large HR datasets.

  • Leverage AI and generative tools to enhance dashboards, automate reporting, and scale insights.

  • Partner with Workday Reporting Team to ensure high data quality and governance in model pipelines.

  • Create compelling visualizations and translate analytics findings into clear, actionable stories for HR stakeholders.

  • Stay current on emerging analytics, ML, and AI technologies and assess opportunities for adoption within People Analytics.

________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Experience: Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 4 years of experience in advanced analytics or data science roles (HR analytics experience a plus).

  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, or Tensor Flow) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Solid understanding of statistics, modeling, and data storytelling.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a learning mindset and curiosity about people data.

Preferred

  • Exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, or Oracle).

  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Basic knowledge of NLP or generative AI applications in analytics.

Education:

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree
