The Team
You will join the global merchandising team behind Tommy Hilfiger, responsible for bringing seasonal collections to life. The team works at the center of the product creation process, collaborating closely with design, product development, and cross-functional partners across the business. Together, they ensure that collections are developed, positioned, and delivered in line with the brand’s global strategy.
The Position:
This 6-month opportunity offers hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle. You will support key merchandising projects during a busy development cycle and help ensure that product data, samples, and insights flow seamlessly across teams. In this role, you will contribute to the coordination and execution of seasonal collections while gaining practical experience in global merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update product data across key systems (PLM, line lists) throughout the season.

Support the creation of key merchandising documents (Merch Briefs, Sales Handouts, milestone decks).

Organize product imagery, sketches, and materials from internal and external design teams.

Coordinate product needs during the selling season (samples, swatches, imagery, product data).

Prepare materials for merchandising meetings and support category performance analysis where needed.

Assist with research and development tasks related to upcoming collections.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience or internship in merchandising or product development within a fashion brand is a plus.

Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly **Excel (pivot tables)**and PowerPoint.

Fluent in Business English, written and spoken.

Strong interest in fashion and the commercial side of product creation.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, adapt quickly, and support multiple stakeholders.
