About The Role

In this role, you will ensure the visual direction, communications, windows, creative and presentation of Heritage Brands is aligned with and supports the global and local brand strategy.

This is a standalone role responsible to maximize brand exposure, elevate presentation, and drive profitability while ensuring the delivery of exceptional consumer experience.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creation and communication of regular VM direction, guidelines and packs for store teams and wholesale partners.
• Coordinate VM and photo report and feedback process with store teams, offering constructive direction and feedback in a timely manner.
• Complete seasonal campaign changeover across all wholesale and specialty customers, coordinating visual audits, completing allocations, briefing in graphic design team, and coordinating rollout.
• Scheduling, planning, and execution of all department store out posting, activations, brand campaigns and window executions.
• Planning and setup of showrooms in coordination with Brand Manager and category team to support wholesale sell in requirements.
• Coordinate VM and photo report and feedback process with store teams, offering constructive direction and feedback in a timely manner to achieve consistent improvement and build strong VM acumen across store teams.
• Maintenance of VM budget tracker, monthly reconciliation, and FC’s, quoting and invoice processing where required.
• Attend and complete virtual and instore visits to stores as required.

About you

• 4 years’ experience in merchandising, VM communication and directives, styling, window dressing, creative installations.
• Strong financial, written and verbal literacy to create directives, enable accurate report analysis and commercial decision making.
• Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Competencies in Adobe Indesign and Sketchup is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience within a similar function, preferably within retail apparel in department store and O&O environments.
• Current drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Experience in directing a team, demonstrating strong competencies in training and development.
• Prior experience working for a global or formal menswear retail brand is preferable.
