Position Summary: (Please provide a brief summary of the overall purpose of this role):

This role is to support the business in travel retail channels (both CK and TH) to achieve sales target.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job(Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):

• Partner and influence operators in developing a reasonable OTB to ensure healthy sell-through.
• Organize operators to attend market week.
• Ensuring continued relationships with operators, working with the relevant business

partners to manage the sales targets and goals.

• Shipment Arrangement- process tracking and shipment release to achieve sell-in target.
• Follow up stores’ KPI analysis and propose business action plans for operators.
• Operations
• Weekly/ monthly report collection, monthly incentive plan & verification.
• Supervise products, coordinate the replenishment and product adjustment.
• Work closely with Product Dept. to give new-launch product training, work with VM team on the store display.
• Pay regular visits to operators and stores.
• Coordinate with related departments to solve the problems for operators.
