What you will do

The Project Management & Enablement Team manages a portfolio of large multi-functional projects sponsored by Senior Leadership that execute the business strategy for PGIM.

These high-impact initiatives are designed to achieve the following business drivers:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and new business initiatives that drive business growth

  • Modernize client facing deliverables to generate flexibility, improve timeliness, and create scalable processes

  • Raise technical aptitudes and enable self-service across the organization to create further scale

  • Deploy global collaboration and workflow tools to improve efficiency

The Project Management & Enablement Team is looking for a Manager, Business Process Enablement to play a key role in supporting diverse operational initiatives by contributing to the analysis, design, and enablement of future-state operating models.

This role partners closely with senior team members, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to help ensure that process changes are effectively enabled through scalable, low-code / no-code solutions and fit-for-purpose technology.

What you can expect

  • Support end-to-end analysis of current-state investment operations processes, identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies

  • Assist in the design and documentation of future-state process flows aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements

  • Translate business requirements into well-documented enablement needs and functional specifications

  • Support identification and use of low-code / no-code platforms, workflow tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency

  • Partner with stakeholders across various business lines on testing, validation, etc.

  • Support change management efforts by preparing process documentation, training materials, and adoption tools

  • Maintain standards and best practices for process documentation and governance

  • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities as processes and platforms evolve

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and/or operations transformation

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools

  • Experience with low-code / no-code platforms

  • Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows

  • Experience supporting technology-enabled process change initiatives

  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

The salary range for this role is from*$130,000 to $150,000.* Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
