What you will do

Are you ready to take on strategic pricing initiatives that directly impact PGIM’s global revenue? We are seeking a Product Pricing Associate to join our Product Strategy & Development team who is intellectually curious, operates well in ambiguity, has a strong perception of risk and is detail oriented. You’ll lead high-impact pricing discussions, drive innovation in pricing frameworks, and partner across PGIM’s global business units to support growth and profitability.
This position offers high visibility and influence, requiring collaboration with senior leadership, sales, legal, marketing, and global PGIM affiliates.

What you can expect

  • Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM.

  • Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds).

  • Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth.

  • Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations.

  • Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes.

  • Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics.

  • Lead special projects and mentor junior team members.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Product Development or Product Strategy, within asset management or similar industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities.

  • Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments.

  • Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.

  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members

  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $105,000 to $125,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
