Responsibilities:

• To carry out market and sector specific research for deals under evaluation by searching and synthesizing information from various public and subscribed data sources.

• To assist with generating pitch decks to introduce deals to fund managers

• To assist with DCF modelling for deal evaluation and scenario analysis

• Assist with Origins data population and comps compilation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint

• Interest in Real Estate

• Positive learning attitude
