As the first Cybersecurity SaaS company to reach a billion dollars in revenue, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to support Proofpoint’s Global Health & Safety Programs.

As a function of the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization, the team delivers world-class protection and assistance to our people, assets and operations. We’re looking for a data-driven individual to contribute to the success of the program by tackling analytical, coordination, and administrative day to day functions.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Sunnyvale HQ, 4 days a week.
Your Day to Day
- Monitor events and situations as they arise and analyze their impact Proofpoint’s employees, offices, operations and events
- Complete risk assessments for offices and events to ensure they meet Proofpoint and local Safety and Security standards
- Conduct Compliance Checks and Audits as they apply to Safety and Security (OSHA, ISO, SOC, SOX, etc.) and assist with safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across facilities as required.
- Coordinate safety training sessions, drills, and awareness programs
- Manage relationships and expectations with our vendors and partners
- Physical access control badge administration utilizing Lenel On Guard, Milestone, Alert Media, and JIRA tickets
- Coordinate on site security and safety services for all office locations with local teams
- Work with our regional Workplace Services teams and site leaders to ensure a safe and secure environment. Serve a coordination point during an emergencies by supporting communication between response teams, leadership, and external agencies
- Ordering, scheduling and other administrative tasks as necessary
What you bring to the role
- Experience identifying and analyzing risks
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Atlassian JIRA, and Physical Access Control Systems, preferably Lenel On Guard
- Customer service centric minded
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines utilizing analytical thinking
- Communicates well, in all forums, across a global audience proactively as well as reactively
- Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness
- Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and, decision-making skills
- Effective in establishing and maintaining cross-functional partnerships and engaging with others and establish trust, credibility, and confidence
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Safety and Security Programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.
Base Pay Ranges:
SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 77,500.00 - 113,630.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 61,200.00 - 89,760.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 56,100.00 - 82,280.00 USD
