P&G is a global leader with iconic brands that are known and trusted by parents and families around the world. We are seeking an exceptional, talented, and influential designer to join our global Design Team.
The Design Delivery Excellence and Graphic Specialist partners with Brand Design and internal/external partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and execution phases. This role is crucial in realizing design intent, ensuring technical feasibility for printing and maintaining quality and consistency across all product forms and variants at the First Moment of Truth (FMOT).
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate and Create: Work closely with Design Leaders and Brand teams to execute design development as envisioned.
· Produce High-Quality assets: Responsible for creating Digital Templates and graphic adaptations that meet Design Intent expectations. Serve as a design expert for graphic and 2D package design execution.
· Ensure Quality Execution: Maintain quality standards and consistent visual representation across all products on the shelf. Develop end-to-end artwork capabilities and mastery. Ensure production on time and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Lead Design Implementation: Oversee the realization of design intent while ensuring technical fit-for-use and print feasibility.
· Manage Asset library: Govern the asset library and oversee the multi-functional approval process for digital templates.
· Explore Cost-Saving Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and contribute to organizational transformation efforts.
Job Qualifications
· Degree in graphic design/related field and/or 2-3 years of experience in graphic and/or print production.
· Munsell test score of ‘Average Discrimination’ minimum required, ‘Superior Discrimination’ score preferred
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
· Strong understanding of brand architecture, design language/identity systems, equity assets and application of design principles to achieve visual consistency.
· Ability to quickly assess design concepts.
