We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive I-Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-border shipments of Finished Products and/or materials, utilizing global standard work processes to ensure service requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Key responsibilities should include: route optimization, daily routing guide management, event monitoring and follow-up, daily communication with carriers to ensure all shipments have carriers assigned and have valid pickup times, and to ensure carriers are meeting their capacity commitments.

• Execute I-Trade authorized processes to assign carriers, validate pickup times, and select appropriate modes, carriers, and routes for all orders.

• Communicate with carriers to ensure daily and weekly capacity and service commitments are fulfilled, addressing rejected loads with optimal cost solutions.

• Monitor events to identify potential issues, follow up promptly to minimize impacts, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Customer Service/ Customer Teams to support emergency requests, resolve capacity issues, and ensure effective communication.

• Work with Ship Sites to identify and resolve capacity and scheduling challenges, preventing impacts on customer service and costs.

• Conduct trend analysis on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in standard work processes.

• Participate in the development and renewal of SLEA's with ship sites and carriers.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor graduates

• Proficient in English & Vietnamese

• 2-3 years experience in import/export industry will be an added advantage

• Operates with Discipline – Able to work independently as well as in teams. Can execute work with excellence. Have good follow through

• Collaboration – Strong interpersonal communication skill and can build good relationship with internal/external business partners

• Problem Solving – good thinking/analysis, and problem solving skills. Able to independently gather and sort through data, do analysis, highlight trends, and recommend a solution

• Systems/Software – Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
