Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Old Spice.

We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Social Media & Influencers Team in Poland.

We are seeking a Influencers Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Central Europe, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to shape the voice of the brands via social media & influencers to bring them even closer to our consumers, maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.

Location: Warsaw HQ

Work model: hybrid, 3 days from the office.

As Influencer Manager you will be responsible for:

• Strategy Development: Partner with regional teams to design and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, touching all P&G brands within Central Europe region.

• Consultation and Ideation: Provide expert consultancy on social media and influencer campaigns, generating creative ideas that resonate with our target audiences.

• Upskilling and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the social media & influencers skills of brand teams.

• Collaboration with Category Teams: Work closely with various category teams to integrate social media & influencers strategies into broader marketing initiatives.

• Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring quality deliverables meet brand standards.

• Tool Development: Identify, develop, and implement internal and external tools to enhance social media capabilities.

• Stewardship: Act as steward to make sure all influencers campaigns are compliant with P&G policies.

Job Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Experience managing social media/influencers campaigns on agency and/or client side (experience from both is advantage) for mass brands.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful social media campaigns (from strategy development to execution) that engaged diverse audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms: both organic and paid brand presence.

• Understanding of the Polish influencers industry (experience from other CE markets is beneficial).

• Personal interest in social media & influencer marketing.

• Good analytical skills, identifying data-driven insights and translating them into actionable recommendations. Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed.

• Proficiency in English & Polish, both spoken & written.

• A desire to develop and work within brand/media structures of a multinational company.
