Responsibilities What You'll do: At Principal Financial Group, we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated RPA Developer to join our world-class team.
You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have a highly developed ability to grasp and adapt to new automation technologies and tools quickly.

You'll have opportunity to: Build good understanding of the business needs and develop design, documentation along with Product owners and Stake holders.
Develop good quality code following established engineering practices and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide mentoring via mobbing, pairing, design, and code review Prepare test case documents and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing/E2E Testing Proactively monitor and provide support & maintenance to the Automation as per the established support agreement.
Leverage deep understanding of all layers of software development and expertise in more than one area such as Run time environments, Database, APIs, User interface/User experience, Quality Assurance/Automated testing, Security concerns throughout the program, etc.

With guidance, conduct analysis, elicit requirements, write correct and clean code leveraging best practices, DevOps, testing/debugging, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation and maintenance.
Strong desire to consistently improve our processes by standard development practices, and incident management for existing automations.
Get actively involved in Training and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed on internal and external technology trends Drive implementation of DevOps practices and tools in the team Look for improvement opportunities beyond stated problems and propose solutions by collaborating, leveraging best practices, and making use of available data Participate in Agile or equivalent ceremonies applicable to the execution framework With guidance from your leader, develop understanding of organization’s strategy, applicable high-level initiatives, and relate how your work links with the operational plans Performs other job-related duties and special projects/ proof of concepts as required Active participation in Organizational & Team level initiatives Additional Information
