Responsibilities Position Purpose: Plan, Manage and deliver the project as per contractual agreement.

Essential Functions % of Time Spent Engineering Leader Management Demonstrates strong technical leadership in AWS Cloud and Python (or other programming languages), driving end-to-end delivery of cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities include planning, estimation, allocation and development of scalable applications using AWS services, while ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud security, DevOps and Agile execution.

Proven ability to lead end-end Agile projects with full ownership, ensuring timely delivery, proactive risk identification & mitigation strategies while maintaining high-quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Possesses a good understanding of software engineering frameworks, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.

Advocates for automation and continuous process improvement, fostering a culture of efficiency in software delivery.

Deploy, and debug cloud initiatives in accordance with best practices (e.g. AWS Cloud, Agile, Lean etc.). throughout the development lifecycle .

Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI tools combined with strong software development expertise, enabling delivery of innovative, cloud-native solutions." Promote an engineering mindset within teams through knowledge sharing, robust documentation, and process maturity.

Build strong partnerships with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.

Responsible for handling day-to-day support operations, including Incident & Problem Management, ensuring SLA compliance and driving technical enhancements for operational efficiency and system stability Fosters strong communication and partnership with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment & transparency Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help evolve Engineering solutions 40 Process improvement & adherence 4.

Establish and continually improve project management and execution processes including Risk Management, communication,, defect management & prevention.

Analyze key metrics to identify trends and patterns, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and propose engineering-driven enhancements to product features aimed at continues improvement. 5.

Status reporting, metrics generation & analysis 30 People Management 6.

Staffing, onboarding, Skill building, Back-up Planning 7.

Employee Satisfaction 8.

Mentoring team members 9.

Handling appraisals and feedback 20 Contribution to organizational activities 10 Dimensions: Will usually have 8-20 direct reports and will be responsible for their personnel management Can handle projects where various types of skill sets (technology) is used as well as distributed teams.

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to:Portfolio Manager (Principal Consultant) Direct Reports:Consultants, Associate Consultants and Trainees Qualifications Know-How/Skill Sets: Education: Graduate Bachelors degree (any stream) .

Experience: 8 years of IT application development experience with 1 years as Project lead/Assistant Project Manager is recommended .

Experience: is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Skill: Strong estimations skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, adequate technical knowledge and problem solving, crisp communication and time management skills required.

Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
