Responsibilities Job Purpose We are hiring a skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Lead Analyst role in Fund Operations.

The SME will contribute meaningfully by performing various financial reporting, regulatory filing, data validation, and fund administration duties for mutual funds, CITs, and related fund structures.

This role is very transactional and requires sharp attention to detail, a strong understanding of fund reporting rules, and the ability to follow structured workflows.

The position operates with regular supervision and is responsible for completing assigned deliverables accurately and on schedule.

The successful candidate will support routine processes, carry out initial issue analysis, collaborate with internal teams across multiple time zones, and participate in internal project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Essential Functions Review PETF N PORT filings for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

Complete the UCITs Fixed Income Survey, ensuring data aligns with portfolio reporting standards.

Review PETF Schedule of Investments – Part F, validating holdings data, classifications, and disclosures.

Perform TSR (Total Summary Report) review, ensuring data quality and exception resolution.

Review PETF SEC Yields & Distribution Yields, validating calculations and methodology.

Prepare PETF consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy across all portfolios and share classes.

Conduct CIT performance reviews, identifying trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.

Complete and support Audit confirmation processes, beginning with the PETF 6/30 cycle.

Perform UCITs invoicing, validating fee calculations and supporting documentation.

Conduct Sub TA invoice analysis, reviewing underlying transaction-level detail and balancing variances.

Lead special projects/initiatives within the BU as well as engage in cross BU initiatives.

Review PETF financial statements, focusing on key disclosures, footnotes, and consistency with accounting standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, economics, or business required. 8-10 years of work experience with a minimum of 2+ years in fund administration, fund reporting, or related financial reporting functions.

Strong knowledge of mutual fund and/or CIT financial reporting requirements, including N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN, CPO-PQR, N-MFP.

Experience: working with My State Street is mandatory.

Apply initial judgment to identify issues and perform preliminary problem-solving before addressing a blocking issue.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills essential.

Diligent with robust problem-solving, planning, time management, and decision-making abilities, capable of producing accurate and timely information independently.

Skilled in building and maintaining strong working relationships, exercising flexibility, and effectively communicating with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Capable of handling multiple, complex tasks, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to changing business needs.

Driven, independent worker with the capacity to handle tasks solo.
