Are you analytical, and passionate about finance processes? Join our team as an OTC Billing Analyst and take ownership of the end-to-end billing cycle across multiple international regions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to ensure invoices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

 

Please note that this is a fixed-term position!

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

•     Manage the full billing cycle: invoice creation, validation, reconciliation, and distribution
•    Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and tax requirements (VAT, etc.)
•    Resolve client invoice disputes in collaboration with Sales & Finance
•    Prepare periodic billing reports and maintain detailed records (SOX compliant)
•    Support ad-hoc requests: invoice copies, account reconciliations, and customer portal uploads
•    Troubleshoot system interface errors and government portal issues
•    Assist with customer setup and monitor high-risk accounts
•    Participate in month-end validations, audits, and reporting
•    Train new hires and update SOPs

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• 1-2 years Billing/Collections/AR/Finance experience with general knowledge of accounting principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility during critical periods (e.g., scheduled billing runs)
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
