About the Role
The Corporate Strategy Associate will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating and making recommendations on company strategy, including how to grow and optimize the core business, which adjacent markets to pursue and how to position the company in competitive markets. The Corporate Strategy Associate will have the ability to adapt and apply past experiences to new situations and work confidently though ambiguity.

What You'll Do
- Leverage models (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces) to validate business prioritization, sales enablement, and product strategy efforts
- Collaborate with strategy team members to design, structure & communicate Pluralsight's strategy
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying and valuing strategic opportunities and trade-offs
- Create, design, and deliver internal strategy presentations, including for the Board strategy meeting and components of regular board updates
- Assist in due diligence and strategic fit analysis for potential inorganic growth opportunities
- Identify untapped revenue streams and underserved customer segments
Experience You'll Bring
- Experience in corporate strategy or a similar role
- Strong general management skills
- Understanding of corporate strategy frameworks
- Experience producing presentations for executive-level audiences
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree + 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel 4-6 times a year to meet for in-person sessions
- Hybrid work model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility
Physical Requirements
This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Compensation
The annual US base salary range for this role is $105,600 - $132,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
