-
Comfort with frequent international travel and working in a highly in-person, relationship-driven environment.
-
Experience working cross-functionally to drive programs, launches or initiatives that scale across teams or regions.
-
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including experience using data to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
-
Experience building structure in ambiguous environments and turning fragmented inputs into clear operating plans.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior internal and external partners.
-
Comfort working across regions, cultures and time zones in a highly collaborative environment.
-
