tv Scientific is looking for a Senior Designer to help position tv Scientific as a leader in CTV advertising. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of high-impact creative that elevates our brand and brings our marketing to life across channels. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a concept-driven designer who can deliver polished work, maintain high brand standards, and collaborate closely with marketing and other areas of the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping how tv Scientific shows up in the market.

What you'll do:

• Brand Design & Visual Systems: Evolve and maintain tv Scientific’s visual identity across channels. Develop design systems, templates, and guidelines that help the brand stay consistent as we scale.

• Campaign Creative: Own the conceptualization of Tier 1 campaign creative and deliver the key visuals, including video assets, landing page assets, ad creative, social graphics, email graphics, etc.

• Sales & Enablement Design: Partner with sales and marketing to create high-quality materials, like pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing collateral that help tell our story clearly and credibly.

• Web & Digital Design: Support web design needs, including landing pages, site graphics, product storytelling visuals, and other digital assets. Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure assets are optimized for performance and clarity.

• Event Design: Design assets for events, including booth graphics, signage, handouts, presentation templates, merch, and other materials that ensure tv Scientific shows up with a premium, cohesive experience.

• Content Design: Collaborate with content marketing to bring thought leadership to life visually, including report design, data storytelling, webinar visuals, and social-first creative.

• Creative Collaboration & Quality: Work closely with external agencies and freelance designers to deliver final work that’s polished, on-brand, and aligned to goals.

• A visual brand that feels more consistent, premium, and recognizable

• Tier 1 campaigns launch with cohesive creative systems

• Sales collateral and decks look sharper, clearer, and easier to use

• Design requests run smoothly with clear prioritization and reasonable turnaround

• Stakeholders trust the design function as a strategic partner, not just production

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign creative, and digital design.

• Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience designing business-facing marketing materials.

• Experience managing outside agencies and/or freelancers.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadlines.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in ad tech, marketing tech, or performance marketing

• Motion design skills

• Illustration or iconography experience

• Experience with web design and collaborating with developers

• Experience using Asana

In-Office Requirement Statement:

• We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
