• You will be involved in the installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of various electrical systems and services on site that helps the manufacture of life saving medicines.  You will maintain all equipment in accordance with Safety & Quality Excellence.

• You will carry out installation, maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments, sensors transmitting and controlling devices and systems.

• You will help the site maintain 100% compliance with Environmental, Safety, Legal, Regulatory, Corporate Policy and Intellectual Property Standards

About You:

• Completed or in the process of completing your Leaving Certificate. You will have a minimum of a Pass in Mathematics, English and any Technical/Science subject.
• Can demonstrate a keen interest in the discipline apprenticeship you are applying for in your application and during the selection process.

Over 50 years ago, Pfizer led the way by becoming the first pharmaceutical multinational to locate in Ireland – opening its doors in Ringaskiddy in Cork in the summer of 1969. Since then, Pfizer in Cork has since grown to become one of the region’s biggest employers, and one of the largest pharmaceutical sector investors in the region.

Many of Pfizer’s leading and newest medicines are manufactured for global export from the Cork site. And with innovation as a core principle in Cork, we have succeeded in delivering new medicines to patients faster than ever before.

Pfizer Ringaskiddy produces and exports bulk pharmaceuticals from Pfizer’s pipeline. The site also scales up new products in co-operation with Pfizer Global Research and Development to ensure timely approval and launch of these new products to meet patient needs.
