主要职责

  • 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务,制定地区目标和发展方向
  • 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队
  • 勇于挑战,在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下,确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标
  • 参与所负责区域的人员招聘,负责团队人员发展,进行绩效管理和教导
  • 必须确保MICS的PIM和院内会真实发生;同时可以申请和报销DM区域中医院的院间会和对应区域的城市会
  • 建立和保持有效的沟通系统

  • 严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的销售工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生
