Role Summary

We are seeking an Omnichannel & Content Associate to help elevate our brand and customer engagement through data‑informed content and channel operations. You will run a core insights engine that connects segmentation, regular reporting, and leading‑indicator dashboards to surface early signals and guide action. On the channel side, you will support always‑on content across our owned media—Pfizer Hong Kong YouTube and social channels—and help coordinate approved content for Red Note/We Chat in partnership with our Mainland China team. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creative energy, and a strong “get‑things‑done” mindset in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

  1. Insights Engine
  • Maintain brand‑level segmentation baselines that enable consistent tracking and territory planning inputs.
  • Produce timely reporting (monthly and weekly) with concise narratives and clear next‑step recommendations.
  • Build and refresh leading‑indicator dashboards that highlight early market and customer signals to inform priorities, budgets, and focus.
  1. Omnichannel Execution
  • Execute always‑on programs across priority brands and channels, ensuring quality and consistency from brief to delivery.
  • Drive ideation for social and video content, and review agency‑developed content to ensure fit to objectives, brand voice, and compliance.
  • Manage editorial calendars for owned channels (YouTube and social) and coordinate approved asset localization/repurposing, including Red Note/We Chat with Mainland partners.
  • Support measurement readiness by maintaining clean tagging, trafficking details, and documentation suited for a regulated setting.

AI & Intelligent Automation:

  • Leverage AI tools (including Copilot) to assist with compliant marketing content drafts, variations, and productivity aids.
  • Identify high‑impact AI use cases, streamline/automate repeatable processes with AI agents, and help drive internal adoption through demos, simple enablement materials, and best‑practice sharing.
  • Capture outcomes at a high level (e.g., time saved, quality improvements) to inform continuous improvement.

Governance & Ways of Working:

  • Uphold medical/legal approvals, brand standards, and documentation practices appropriate for a regulated industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence, Data/Analytics, and agency partners to meet quality bars and timelines.

What You’ll Gain

  • End‑to‑end exposure to how content, channels, and analytics connect to business outcomes.
  • Hands‑on experience with leading‑indicator frameworks and data storytelling that inform real decisions.
  • Practical AI skills using modern tools (including Copilot) to accelerate ideation, workflow automation, and productivity.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, medical, and analytics teams, building stakeholder and project‑management muscle.
  • Category understanding in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment—ideal for long‑term growth in marketing, analytics, or commercial excellence.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or marketing analytics (agency or in‑house). Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Familiarity with always‑on programs and the ability to translate performance signals into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with dashboards/BI and spreadsheets; comfortable enforcing taxonomy and tagging standards.
  • Strong communication skills: turns data and creative ideas into crisp, actionable narratives.
  • Comfortable working with agencies and cross‑functional partners in a structured, compliance‑oriented environment.

Core Competencies

  • Think out of the box: brings fresh ideas to content, channels, and measurement.
  • To‑do / can‑do attitude: proactive, resourceful, and biased toward action.
  • Systems thinking: connects segmentation, reporting, dashboards, and channel ops into a cohesive operating model.
  • Operational rigor: calendar discipline, QA mindset, and meticulous documentation.
  • Collaboration & communication: builds trust and momentum with cross‑functional teams and partners.
  • Learning mindset: eager to experiment, iterate, and adopt new tools (including AI).
