About the Role
Use Your Power for Purpose Learning & Development (Global L&D) at Pfizer empowers colleagues worldwide through impactful learning experiences. As part of the Learning Facilitation, Operations & Measurement team, this role supports a group that facilitates, markets, and measures the impact of learning to enable quantifiable business value. We harness data, analytics, and storytelling to understand what works, why it works, and how learning creates measurable business value. Your work as a Senior Associate, Learning Analytics Specialist helps ensure that learning investments translate into meaningful outcomes, driving growth, capability, and performance across the enterprise.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Leverage learning analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness, behavior change, and business impact across global L&D programs.
- Partner with L&D program owners and stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and evaluation strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Develop dashboards, impactful presentations, and data‑driven insights that inform learning strategy and investment decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives through data storytelling, visualizations, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across learning systems by applying strong data management and governance practices.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance analytics maturity, improve data capture, and evolve enterprise learning measurement frameworks.
- Support insight‑driven decision‑making by generating actionable recommendations that optimize learning outcomes and learner experience.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in relevant quantitative fields with 2+ years of experience, or MBA/MS in relevant quantitative fields with any years of relevant experience.
- Experience applying analytics to assess program effectiveness, performance, or business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with disparate data sets.
- Proven ability to extract valuable insights from raw data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and data storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders through influence and consultation.
- Comfort working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong interest in data and analytics.
- Strong English capabilities.
Preferred Requirements
- Exposure to analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Dataiku, etc.)
- Experience in learning analytics, evaluation, or workforce development.
- Familiarity with learning systems, data modelling, and analytics platforms.
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices.
