Country Brand Lead Vydura:
Role summary
In the Migraine area, Pfizer MI is fully focused on Vydura as a strategic brand, currently in-line and evolving with new indications and lifecycle expansion opportunities. In this context, the marketing team is seeking a Senior CBL who will lead the end‑to‑end commercial strategy for the Vydura franchise, driving brand growth across current and future indications. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the long‑term vision, translating medical and market insights into differentiated value propositions, and ensuring excellence in launch planning and execution for upcoming indications, in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Role responsibilities:

Development and execution of the brands operational plan through best-in-class customer strategies that meet business needs in the country and are aligned with Global strategies

Responsible for brand’s growth and associated revenues by managing risks, identifying opportunities, and making timely decisions that maximize business potential.

Develops customer focused strategies/initiatives and seeks customer and market insights through direct customer contact at 1:1s, meetings and congresses.

Drives and implements compliant customer facing activities (speaker programs, symposia, ad boards) which are aligned with local customer needs and marketplace insights.

Identifies relevant opinion leaders, medical societies, cooperative and study groups and uses this core stakeholder group to form the basis of local strategic and tactical initiatives.

Accountable for the planning, spending, and controlling local budget as agreed for areas of responsibility

Coordinates and closely collaborates with Global and International Commercial Office teams, and locally: Medical, Health & Value, BAI, Regulatory, PAGs, Comms, Trade&tenders and Corporate Affairs colleagues to ensure alignment on brands strategy and project implementation

Partners with Supply and PGS colleagues to support the complex supply chain management, ensuring accuracy of estimated demand and timely availability of the products to minimize stock outs, write offs and maintain a patients first approach

Grants an optimal collaboration with commercial teams including: MI Sales force, Private sales force, HCPs HRDs and Pharma HRDs
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with demonstrated experience in managing sizeable assets.

Hospital expertise will be valuable

Proven record in project management and delivering on budget and time, including knowledge of country implementation costs

Strong collaboration/relationship-building skills and ability to engage across multiple functions

Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations

Knowledge of compliance norms, policies, and procedures.

A self-motivated, highly enthusiastic individual with a innovative and creative mindset

Fluency in written and spoken English

Bachelor's degree is required, Postgraduate (MBA) preferred
