What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to foster organizational growth and profitability.
  • Facilitate agreements and achieve targets through effective communication and collaboration with major business units.
  • Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities, creating innovative solutions to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Support Business Development leads in identifying potential transactions and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
  • Engage with team members for ad hoc business implementation support, ensuring accurate data maintenance and driving planning and change management.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and support staff across multiple areas
  • Strong organizational/negotiation skills and time management capability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Master’s degree with significant pharmaceutical experience
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and customer-specific insights
  • Proven ability to lead within a complex matrix environment, effectively managing geographically dispersed resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with strategic planning and business development in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to influence and drive change within an organization
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such
    as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance
