We are looking to welcome a new Account Manager (Life Science and Genomics) to join us in Finland.
The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets through sales development and field marketing programs for the Revvity Life Science and Genomics product portfolio in Finland and Sweden. This portfolio includes immunoassays, NGS reagents, cellular imaging reagents, cell counting products and plate readers exclusively for Finland, while liquid handling and microfluidics products are included for both Finland and Sweden.
In this role you are able to make a difference in various ways:

Strategise & Execute: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed sales targets and revenue goals for all Genomics, Proteomics, and Biologics sales opportunities throughout Finland and Sweden.

Forecast & Influence: Generate accurate forecasts to drive effective business decisions.

Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture customer relationships through proactive outreach and industry event participation.

Understand & Solve: Conduct in-depth customer visits to understand their unique needs and tailor comprehensive solutions.

Monitor & Grow: Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities within client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Map & Engage: Use account mapping to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with internal teams to compile technical resources and ensure seamless customer communication.

Document & Organize: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using SFDC.
What kind of person are we looking for?
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, preferably in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry

Strong experience in a sales/account manager capacity within the Biotechnology, clinical diagnostics, or Life Science markets with a solid network in the sector.

Strong background and knowledge base within NGS workflows and reagents.

Results driven, energetic, effective, a self-starter with a strong motivation for sales.

Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and who can excel in an international sales environment.

Independent, with good organizational and teamwork skills, driving you to continuously seek new opportunities.

Flexible and able to communicate with colleagues and customers locally and internationally.

Willingness to travel across all of Finland and the Nordics, and occasionally across Europe. Most customers are in the southern part of Finland, and candidates located in the southern part of Finland will be preferred.

Desire to learn, grow, and take the lead in a sales role within a fast-paced matrix organization.

Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.
Revvity Turku Site is a drug free site and a medical examination for new employees includes a drug test.
