Overview We are looking for a National Account Manager within the Grocery team (Nisa & Morrisons Wholesale).

Primary responsibilities include delivery of the financial metrics and customer relationships to enable the execution of the AOP initiatives, this will include full P&L accountability for your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities Responsible for building and executing the AOP and JBP’s for your selection of customers.

Own the customer trading relationship and execute deep contact strategies to integrate and establish Pepsi Co as a key strategic partner.

Lead a best in class cross functional team across Category, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Merchandising, e Comm & Supply Chain to maximise performance through world class customer engagement.

Execution of marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives; in line with internal expectations.

Utilise trade investment efficiently through effective negotiation that maximises ROI and efficiency.

Manage the internal forecasting process for your selection of customers.

Qualifications What we are looking for: Prior success in a national accounts/commercial role in a fast-paced environment.

Strong drive for results with a desire to succeed.

Influencing and negotiation skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and Pepsi Co environment.

Excellent matrix management and experience in operating within large teams.

Experience: of managing complex customers.

Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Tableau (or an equivalent data management tool) would be desirable but not essential.
