The International Beverages Sustainability Manager (Capability & Engagement) will play a pivotal role in driving the pep+ agenda across the IB Region, accelerating progress on key pillars including Packaging, Climate, and Water.

This position will act as a strategic enabler and capability builder, ensuring that both internal teams and external bottling partners are equipped to deliver against ambitious sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

Capability Development: Lead the design and deployment of capability-building initiatives across the IB Region, developing and institutionalizing proprietary tools and intellectual property (playbooks, e-learnings, toolkits) to drive consistent execution of the pep+ strategy.

Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: Cascade global and regional best practices across the IB system, fostering alignment and excellence through internal events (e.g.,

Experience: Franchise, capability forums) and targeted engagements.

Bottler Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with bottler ESG leads, leading the preparation and delivery of strategic engagement platforms such as pep+ forums, webinars, workshops (e.g. 5C), IFC/IBC sessions, and other regional touchpoints.

Strategic Communications: Coordinate internal and external communications on pep+ initiatives, ensuring clear strategic priorities alignment and visibility of progress Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging sustainability trends and regulatory requirements, advising senior stakeholders and positioning the business for long-term success Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English Higher education, degree in the relevant field.

Any additional certificates a plus. 10+ years overall experience; consumer packaged goods experience preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability field, with proven leader experience.

Franchise experience is a plus Ability to manage sensitive issues and work for win-win situations
