Your mission: We are recruiting a Pepsi Brand Mktg Sr Analyst in Spain to lead all consumer marketing activities in Iberia.

Responsibilities · Contribute to the development of brand strategies and support long-term planning, working closely with European category teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and local relevance · Assist in translating ICP into AOP plans, providing relevant analysis and suggesting strategies or initiatives that drive brand growth · Lead the execution of key AOP initiatives across media, PR and digital, ensuring flawless delivery, strong cross-functional and agency partners coordination and clear performance tracking. · Apply analytical skills to interpret insights and recommend business activities aimed at improving brand KPIs such as volume, market share, net sales, brand equity and penetration. · Be accountable for the performance of owned initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed business and brand KPIs. · Collaborate in a matrix environment, demonstrating good teamwork and communication skills.

Play an active role to innovation projects, including Price Pack Architecture and key initiatives for Pepsi in the Spanish and Portuguese market.

Qualifications What will you need to succeed? · Degree in business. · 8 years’ experience in marketing roles ideally within FMCG environments. · Fluent in English & Spanish. · Influencing skills: proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder ·

Experience: working with AFH / Off trade channel is a plus. · Insights led thinking and analytical and communication skills. · Digital area knowledge. · Strong cultural awareness and curiosity, with a solid understanding of consumer culture, social trends and how they translate into relevant brand opportunities. · Passion to win in the marketplace with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude Don’t worry if your experience isn’t a perfect match - if you’re excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you!
