Overview This role is responsible for coordinating activities within the warehouse teams.
Scope is inclusive of company owned and 3rd Party Logistics operations within the DACH BU and is key to ensuring inventory is administered correctly.
The role holder will have to work with warehouse, cost accounting, 3PL teams and customer collaboration to enable the delivery of required Customer Service
Level: and Holistic Cost Management.
The position is necessitating advanced English, SAP, Excel and Pepsi Co internal tools.
Additionally, this role encompasses soft skills as it involves coordinating activities, upskilling less experienced and new colleagues, overseeing E2E processes to identify areas for improvement, and project and process-related responsibilities.
The role ensures correct Root Cause Analysis of returns/inbounds and sustainable mitigation actions.
High flexibility and an ability to adapt to fast-paced changes are essential for success in this role.
Close collaboration with the direct supervisor, on a daily basis is a fundamental aspect of this position.
Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Operate PEP owned warehouses Manage refusals Operate 3rd Party warehouses Manage 3PL inventory, investigate variance and develop corrective actions Operate 3rd Party warehouses (long-term opportunity) Manage 3rd party day to day operations Project lead for improvements (may include workshops/audit related activities) Root Cause Analysis of returns/inbounds and sustainable mitigation actions Idoc’s checking Inventory differences Returns tracking Scrapping PGI’s reporting SAP correction for 3PM’s Leading the OTIF process CHEP pallets bookings Qualifications Mandatory min 0-1 years’ experience Proficiency in English, German is a plus SAP knowledge Advanced Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory Strong time management and deadline orientation Advanced stakeholder management experience with both internal and external customers Prior working knowledge of stock planning and inventory management preferred.
Demonstrated coordination of disparate groups to drive problem resolution.
