Overview Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) for China and Asia Beverage.
The role leads the compliance of the ingredient suppliers located in China and Asia part of the APAC region for the Beverage Category.
This role will conduct audits of suppliers for approval, supporting innovation projects, brand stewardship and business continuity initiatives as well as maintain the suppliers’ compliance through SQA re-approval process.
This role also covers the oversight of Supplier Performance Management program for APAC as RMID Program Owner.
Responsibilities:

Execute the strategy for SQA in China & Asia Beverage, work with cross functional stakeholders to ensure New Supplier Approvals for timely delivery of projects and complete Supplier Re-approvals as planned.

Manage budget in SQA China & Asia Beverage in alignment with FY GSQA strategy and operational needs.

Continuously monitor and evaluate Supplier Quality departmental and supplier performance against KPIs, metrics, scorecards, budget, etc. to prioritize resources to ensure execution with excellence against goals.

Prioritize and oversee rapid & effective resolution of issues with our suppliers.

Champion open communication, transparency, and collaboration while inspiring a culture of Quality across Pepsico in order to prevent and address supplier issues.

Ensure an effective risk-based supplier qualification, auditing, monitoring and CAPA program is meeting expectations in close collaboration with suppliers and relevant stakeholders.

Identify improvement needs for suppliers, establish clear project charters and provide leadership necessary to drive successful completion of improvement.

Collaborate with other departments and functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and support.

Program Owner of Supplier Performance Management and RMID (digital Supplier Incident System) for APAC, ensuring the implementation of the SPM program in APAC and continued use of the RMID system for parts of the regions in scope.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in technical roles, for a global consumer goods company
- Thorough knowledge of Quality & Foods Safety Management systems
- Lead Auditor Certified preferred
Experience: on Supplier Quality desired
- Six sigma black belt or equivalent
- Background in Supply Chain/Operations/Quality Control/Quality Assurance and Foods Safety
Experience: is required to lead multiple change projects and shows aptitude to challenge the norm
