Responsibilities The LATAM Sustainability & Utilities Procurement Lead will be responsible of leading the LATAM PEP+ MAKE team, execute and implement the sourcing strategies for Water Treatment, Water Sourcing, Energy, Natural Gas, & Waste Management categories.

Responsabilities: This position reports to the Latam Make leader and is responsible for a managed spend of approximately $200 million & $30Million of other income thru waste optimization in over 15 countries, 38 Plants, +400DCs and 9HQ.

This position is key to support Make transformation and lead the agenda within Facilities Services & Utilities global and regional teams by integrating all Latam while dirivng ~20MM Productivity, and supporting other Strategic agendas as Sustainability, BCP, Digitalization.

As part of the transformation agenda, it will act as enabler to create a One Right Part Culture and work on the career Planning of the team (+ 6 indirects MSOs collaboration roles) to guarantee people development and backfields.

Qualifications Qualifications: Excellent Functional knowledge (+3 years in category management roles): depth in facilities/service category management processes and tools and other related categories in complex environment is desired, preferably within Food & Beverage industry.

Bachelor Degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering.

Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in a regional/global environment

Experience: leading regional teams is desirable Ability to build relationships and influence across a matrix organization Strong grasp of general business economics & key cost & quality drivers Strong analytical & financial skills.

Experience: with Ariba (RFPs, RFIs, e-auctions) and SAP Political & commercial savvy Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages for Excecutive level communication Results and action orientated – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets Excellent language skills – Spanish and English essential, both verbal and in writing.

Portuguese desirable.
