To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planning Analyst (10 months full time contract until February 2027) This role will support building a robust live forecast and driving strong collaboration with functional teams to shape the long‑term planning direction for the assigned portfolios.

It will also support timely analysis and accurate capture of all demand drivers to ensure high‑quality inputs into the Pepsi Co ANZ Integrated Business Planning process.

Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders to support accurate demand planning.

Lead demand consensus by aligning volume assumptions for promotions, baselines, and innovations, ensuring clear documentation.

Consolidate and update all forecast inputs accurately and on time, maintaining evidence for demand planning controls.

Monitor forecast performance (bias & accuracy) and drive corrective actions with commercial and cross‑functional teams.

Represent Demand Planning in key forums, supporting innovation reviews, cross‑functional action planning, and execution alignment.

Provide back‑up support for the assigned portfolio and contribute to continuous improvement of demand planning processes.

Qualifications:

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations planning, engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting systems, data warehouses, and ERPs.

Clear communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Preferred experience with GTM–supply chain alignment and advanced planning tools.

Solid understanding of sales, operations, and logistics within FMCG.
