Overview: Develop a sustainable franchise business for East, South West, and Central KSA Franchise Manager – This incumbent leads end-to-end franchise management for the largest bottlers in the MENA Region ABP, ABC, and AQS, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives, driving performance across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Out-of-Home channels, and translating global brand platforms into local execution.
Setting priorities, oversees annual planning and monthly action tracking, and acts as the primary strategic interface between Pepsi Co and the bottler.
The Franchise Manager is also responsible for driving Franchise Governance based on the 9FF principles in collaboration with ABP/ABC/AQS.

Deliver volume and share targets through collaborative action plans – Execution 3.
Drive channel-based strategy for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Eateries – Decision making 4.

Manage innovation rollout with bottler and category teams – Consultation 7.

Experience: and Qualification Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 10+ years MBA from Premier institute would be preferred Attitudinal/ Behavioral Strong commercial leadership with franchise management expertise Strong channel strategy and revenue management knowledge Strong marketing background P&L management and financial acumen Stakeholder management and influencing capability Strategic thinking with agility Strong leadership and people development skills Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Collaboration and cross-functional alignment expertise Communication excellence for senior-level discussions
