You will be customer-centric, strategic & analytical in decision-making, and laser-focused on executing at scale. Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implements tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), receiving structure and oversight from more experienced staff
• Follows well-established internal conventions and standard procedures
• Understands internal standards & processes an applies them to make technical decisions
• Collaborates with peers, manager, and project lead to gain understanding of tasks and review solutions
• May contribute to code & design reviews

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Your day to day Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frontend frameworks to deliver intuitive platform experiences for data scientists and ML practitioners.Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices that connect frontend applications with backend ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specifications into high-quality, accessible web applications.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and adherence to software development best practices.
• Drive innovation by researching and incorporating modern frontend/backend technologies, frameworks, and tooling to enhance platform capabilities.
• Partner with data science and domain engineering teams to understand user needs and deliver platform features that support business transformation through AI.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Develop trusted partnerships with business, product, data science, and architecture leaders to drive optimized platform product delivery.
  What you need to bring- 4+ years of experience for MS; 6**+ years of experience** for BS in frontend or platform engineering roles.
• Solid track record of delivering scalable platform products in high-volume, innovative, and fast-paced environments.
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Redux, Next.js, Material UI).
• Solid backend development experience with languages such as Python, Go, or Java, including building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying cloud-native applications.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of ML/AI concepts and workflows is a plus—experience building tools or platforms that support data scientists is highly valued.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to technologies such as Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar workflow orchestration tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment-driving skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver user-centric platform solutions.
  Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. Relocation support will not be provided for this role.
