Expected Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts, providing personalized attention, fostering long-term relationships, and serving as the main commercial point of contact.

• Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate additional products and services within the assigned client portfolio.

• Lead marketing activations and collaborate with support teams for prompt problem resolution, ensuring high merchant satisfaction.

• Manage investment budgets for the client portfolio based on defined sales quotas and profitability objectives.

• Conduct deep portfolio analytics to inform strategic decision-making, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
