Overview

Prepares all Payroll and HRS documents accurately and efficiently to ensure all daily SLA's are met.

Responsibilities

  • Completes all package confirmations and checklists in order to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location. Packs payrolls according to client number and prepares for delivery to clients in order to meet quality and production time line expectations. Packages include journals, summaries, time sheets, tax notices, checks and miscellaneous reports.
  • Packs miscellaneous client output (FSA’s, Monthly Histories, etc.) to prepare it for delivery to clients.
  • Pulls and prepares required Taxpay documentation for payment submission to ensure the payment is properly sent to the agency. Confirms timely receipt of Taxpay checks, coupons and corresponding reports to ensure expected output was received accurately.
  • Assembles Taxpay daily, local and late payments to ensure they are mailed timely and received by the proper agency.
  • Operates various types of office equipment (mail metering, shipping packages, etc.) to ensure timely processing of payrolls or client packages.
  • Participates in projects to ensure that departmental needs are met and that actions of the team are aligned with departmental goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested for development (i.e. Insertion), including inventory, packing quarterly packages, and back-up computer operations to ensure department needs are met.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma
  • Required
  • 1 year of experience in applicable experience.
