You’ll be a highly visible, people-facing presence in the office, helping ensure the space is welcoming, organized, and ready for employees each day.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone excited to build a career in Workplace or office operations, and who enjoys being hands-on, reliable, and involved in creating great in-office experiences.
About You
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a people-facing, in-office role
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn new systems and processes
- Proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of responsibilities
- Interested in building culture and supporting in-office experiences
Prior experience in office operations, hospitality, events, retail, or administrative support is helpful but not required. We’re excited to teach the right candidate who brings the right mindset.
