Paramount Tech is hiring a Systems Integration Analyst for its Hyper Automation team to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the employee experience. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in combining AI, RPA, and system integration to modernize business processes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI copilots, persona-based agents, and automation workflows using Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, and related platforms.

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt chains, and orchestration logic within enterprise automation frameworks.

• Document business logic, process flows, and technical designs to identify and formalize automation opportunities.

• Support integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Service Now, and Oracle HR.

• Contribute to prompt governance, model evaluation, testing, and responsible AI compliance practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable automation deployments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience (including internships or project work) in software development, RPA, or AI/ML engineering.

• Hands-on exposure to Python, REST APIs, or automation platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred).

• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to process design and data flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• Understanding of Azure AI, OpenAI services, or comparable AI Hyperscalers.

• Experience working with enterprise systems integrations (Service Now, Oracle HR, or similar).

• Understanding of prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI workflow orchestration.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and environment management.

• Proficient collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 85,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
