We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Setup Associate to join our Procure to Pay team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor master data management and supplier onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations across systems.

Please note that this is a fixed-term position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor setup processes for global suppliers

• Set up non-network suppliers in Graphite (online supplier onboarding platform)

• Conduct banking validation calls (Zoom) with suppliers

• Review and process vendor master data changes in Graphite and SAP/MDG

• Handle vendor-related queries via Service Now ticketing system

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all tasks

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Support additional PTP-related tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong English (B2/C1 level); additional language is a plus

• Minimum 1 year experience in a multi-location or international company preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Comfortable working under pressure

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
