Paramount+ launched across Europe in 2022 with a bold marketing debut and a strong slate of entertainment. Since then, the service has grown rapidly and is now one of the fastest‑growing streaming platforms in the UK. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Director, Brand & Content Marketing to lead our EMEA Brand and Title Marketing team.
This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the EMEA brand and title marketing strategy across multiple markets. The successful candidate will bring strong strategic judgement, collaborative leadership, and the ability to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution.
This is a key position within the Paramount+ EMEA senior leadership team, working alongside leaders across Creative, Media, Social, PR, Partnerships, Performance, and Lifecycle. Reporting into the VP, Brand & Content Marketing – EMEA, the role plays a central part in identifying growth opportunities, defining brand positioning, and delivering effective, audience‑focused marketing across the region.
You will work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment across brand, product, and audience priorities, while recognising the needs of individual markets.
What will you be doing?

Marketing leadership – Contribute to the EMEA Marketing senior leadership team, improving ways of working and supporting effective collaboration across the function.

People leadership – Lead and support a team of marketing professionals, creating an inclusive environment that values trust, accountability, learning, and shared success.

Marketing strategy – Partner with the VP, Brand & Content Marketing – EMEA to develop and deliver regional strategies informed by audience insight, market dynamics, and performance data.

Marketing planning – Work with the VP, Media – EMEA to translate strategy into a clear, full‑funnel, multi‑market communications plan that connects activity across channels and markets.

Campaign development – Set clear, insight‑led campaign direction that enables creative and media teams to deliver relevant, engaging work that builds awareness, consideration, and subscription intent.

Creative excellence – Support consistent, high‑quality storytelling across campaigns, encouraging innovation and thoughtful use of both established and emerging channels.

Local originals – Lead the Content Marketing team in developing locally relevant title strategies and creative, while providing guidance that aligns with global brand principles.

Brand stewardship – Maintain clear and consistent Paramount+ brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints, adapting global strategy to resonate locally.

Regional collaboration – Support localisation and efficiency across markets by sharing insight, improving processes, and responding to regional audience and cultural differences.

Cross‑functional working – Act as a connector across EMEA brand and title marketing, partnering closely with Social, PR, Partnerships, Lifecycle, Performance, and other teams.

Insight and evaluation – Use brand, business, and category insight to identify opportunities and risks, turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

Measurement and optimisation – Track performance against agreed KPIs, using learning and testing to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.

Budget management – Work with senior stakeholders to manage budgets responsibly and make evidence‑based recommendations on resource allocation.

Stakeholder engagement – Build strong, constructive relationships with global teams, regional leadership, and studio partners.
What are we looking for?

Experience leading regional marketing for a global organisation, with a strong understanding of EMEA markets and their cultural and regulatory differences.

A track record of developing and delivering clear, audience‑focused marketing strategies grounded in insight.

Strong analytical skills, with confidence using data alongside experience and judgement to inform decisions.

Experience leading teams within complex, matrixed organisations and supporting others through change.

The ability to communicate a clear direction at senior level and bring people with you.

Experience delivering large‑scale, fully integrated D2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

A structured, organised approach that balances operational detail with strategic perspective.

Experience working in entertainment and with creative talent, alongside a genuine interest in content and storytelling.
